Bold and beautiful, this vintage 1960s Emmons brooch and earring set easily goes from cocktails to casual. This set is found in a 1966 Emmons Jewelry catalog and lists the pin as No. 1538 and the earrings as No. 2538; Set No. 687.

Emmons named this set "Shimmering Lace". It's all the bling you want for evening and it looks fantastic on a jeans jacket, too!

Polished silvertone metal leaves are filled with aurora borealis rhinestones that sparkle so brilliantly! Textured loops of silvertone metal on the edge of each leaf adds a lacy sparkle. The earrings have rubber pads for cushioning.

The pin is shown on page 21 of “Emmons & Sarah Coventry Jewelry Fashion Show” by Deborah A. Robinson and the design is named “Shimmering Lace” from the 60s.

Measurements:  The brooch measures 3 1/8” high and 2 ¼” wide. Each earring is 1 ¼” high and 7/8” wide.

Signed:  Brooch is signed ©EMMONS and the earrings are both signed EMMONS © PAT. PEND.

Condition:  In excellent condition. The photo of the earring backs shows some old yellow glue residue which is not visible from the front and is much more visible through the camera lens than to the eye.
