Shipping Information

 

Your order will ship within 1-2 business days and we will provide tracking information for your package when it is shipped UNLESS NOTED IN RED ABOVE.  

Orders are shipped via USPS.   NOTE:  USPS is now acknowledging that some mail is now being moved more slowly and for this reason, postmarks are not necessarily the same as the date that we mail our orders out.  We take each and every package to our local Post Office to ship them to you, but we are not responsible for the USPS's methods of operation.

Whenever possible, items will ship in padded envelopes.

Items requiring shipment in a box will likely be shipped in reused packaging.  We do this in an effort to recycle and keep excess waste from our landfills. If you prefer having your order shipped in new packaging, please make note of it during the checkout process.  Additional charges may occur.

We combine shipping costs on multiple items purchased!  You will be refunded any shipping overages of $3.01 or more whether a single item purchase or multiple items purchased.  This will be calculated and refunded when your order is shipped.

If the value of the item ordered is over $100, we will require a signature on delivery.  In some instances, we may require an adult signature on delivery.

If the number of items purchased total over $100.00, we will require a signature on delivery and in some instances, we may require an adult signature on delivery.

PLEASE MONITOR YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS FOR COMMUNICATION FROM US!  IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH YOUR ORDER, THIS IS OUR ONLY METHOD OF CONTACTING YOU.  

IF WE ARE FORCED TO ISSUE A REFUND AND CANCEL YOUR ORDER BECAUSE WE CANNOT CONTACT YOU REGARDING A PROBLEM WITH YOUR ORDER, YOU WILL FORFEIT ANY EXPENSES WE INCUR DUE TO THE REFUND (FOR INSTANCE, WE ARE CHARGED A FEE BY THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY WHEN YOU PLACE AN ORDER VIA CREDIT CARD.  NORMALLY, WE ABSORB THIS COST.  THIS FEE IS NOT REFUNDABLE TO US, SO IN ALL FAIRNESS, WE WILL RETAIN THE AMOUNT OF THIS CHARGE.
